THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. NAVEEN RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 2790 OF 2018 ORDER:

1.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that inspite of bringing to the notice of the authorities to take action against the 6th respondent in undertaking illegal construction of the building in violation of the building rules, no steps are taken.

2.

According to the petitioner, he filed several complaints alleging that the 6th respondent deviated the building permission, encroached into the road and making construction beyond the permissible limits. 3.

According to the petitioner, Gram Panchayat cannot grant building permission beyond two floors whereas, the photographs enclosed to the Writ Petition would disclose that more than four floors were constructed. 4.

The petitioner claims to be the neighbour of the 6th respondent. Though petitioner claims that several representations are made, in the representation dated 9.1.2018 enclosed to the Writ Petition which is marked individually to various authorities, vague allegations of illegal construction and encroachment of the public road are only made. No material is placed on record in support of the contention that there is no building permission granted or even though building permission was granted with particular dimensions, there is deviation to the building permission granted.

5.

In view of the vague allegations made, no relief as sought for in the Writ Petition can be granted. Leaving it open to the petitioner to make a detailed representation pointing out clearly how illegal construction is being made by the 6th respondent. The Writ Petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
