This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 23.09.2009 passed in M.P.No.1322 of 2008 in M.C.No.278 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
