Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents in not releasing the petitioner's Bus Contract Carriage Bearing Registration No AP 27 V9600, in spite of clearance letter dt. 03.06.2013 issued by Motor Vehicles Inspector, Bhadrachalam after inspection and check report of vehicle, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to release the petitioner's Bus Contract Carriage bearing Registration No AP 27 V9600."
During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader produced a copy of letter dated 28.07.2013 executed by the petitioner herein to the effect that the vehicle in question along with documents has been released in his favour. The same is placed on record.
In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 23rd NOVEMBER 2018.
