ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.330 of 2016 of III Town Police Station, Rajahmundry.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. As seen from the complaint, it is evident that there are certain allegations against the petitioners. The truth or otherwise of the allegations made against the petitioners in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings.

4. Hence, this Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the police not to arrest the petitioners till completion of investigation.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
