THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28417 of 2017 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.28264 of 2017, dated 04.09.2017. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is allowed, directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to pass appropriate orders, granting Form-2B licence in favour of the petitioner herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders, granting Form-2B licence in favour of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
