THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.13671 of 2016 ORDER:

1) The present application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of all further proceedings in C.C.No.1410 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. A charge sheet came to be filed against the petitioner/ accused No.3 and others for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 511 read with 34 IPC.

2) Though the present application is filed seeking quashing of all further proceedings, but the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court.

3) Having regard to the nature of allegations made and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in C.C.No.1410 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the dates when her presence is specifically required by the Court.
