This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.29 of 2007 from the file of the Court of XI Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge for SC & ST Cases, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of either II Additional District Judge or VI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
