HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3286 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in impleading the petitioner in Case No.A2/715/2019 between M.Anjaiah and others v.Rafiya Fatima and Case No.A2/716/2019 between M.Ravi Kumari v.Rafiya Fatima pending on the file of the 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

The averments in the writ affidavit are as vague as can be and there is no mention as to the right of petitioner to implead as party in the aforesaid cases.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from instituting fresh writ petition after stating all the facts. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
