THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.16110 of 2017 ORDER: (Per SK,J) Sri R. Rajasekhara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents are at consensus that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8690 of 2016. This decision was thereafter followed in W.P.No.15125 of 2016 vide order dated 28.04.2016 and W.P.No.2728 of 2017 vide order dated 27.01.2017.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated orders and in terms thereof, this writ petition is allowed with a direction that the observations and directions contained in the order dated 18.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.8690 of 2016 shall form part of this order.
