HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1932 OF 2011 ORDER:

Petitioner - accused addressed a letter, dated 13.12.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Criminal Revision Case on the ground that the matter was settled out of Court.

2. When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner made a similar representation seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Revision Case.

3. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
