It is represented that already an interim protection is obtained by A1 in Crime No.90 of 2015 of Pithapuram Rural Police Station and the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail similar relief of A1, if any.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
