This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of t Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.N0.363 of 2022 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Metpally. The offence alleged against him is under Sectlon 420 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime seeks permission of this Court to agitate all the grounds that are raised before this Court by filing discharge application before the concerned Court.

Permission is accorded to file discharge application before the concerned Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Needless to say, in the event of the petitioner filing an application seeking discharge, the concerned Court shall dispose it off on merits after
