This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.67 of 2013 of Karkhana Police Station, Hyderabad.

The petitioners are the accused in the said crime. Learned counsel for the petitioners and 2nd respondent are not present.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 27.02.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kharkana Police Station, Hyderabad City, stating that investigation has been completed in this case, charge sheet was filed and the case was numbered as C.C.No.1746 of 2016 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Since the charge sheet has been filed in this case, quashing of proceedings in Crime No.67 of 2013 has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
