IA No.4 of 2017 (ASMP No.2709 of 2017) is filed by the newly added legal representatives of the deceased first appellant seeking permission to withdraw the First Appeal stating that the same has been settled outside the Court. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the same.

Hence, IA No.4 of 2017 is allowed and, accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
