HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.2198 and 3083 of 2014 ORDER :

These Criminal petitions are filed by the petitioners/A-2 to A-5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.299 of 2013 of Pulivendla Police Station, Y.S.R. Kadapa District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 418, 498-A, 307, 384, 323 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigation agency already filed charge sheet, the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petitions become infructuous.

3) In the result, the petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioners.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
