Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner had submitted a representation dt.15-11-2017 to 1st respondent seeking continuity of service along with the backwages and consequential benefits on the ground that the order terminating his services was set aside on 29-10-2012 by 1st respondent. Petitioner contends that the 1st respondent had not disposed of the said representation till date. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that 1st respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
