HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13845 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment under Bread Winner Scheme as per Notification of the 1st respondent dated 02.03.2013.

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 30.06.2016, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was provided with an employment by proceedings dated 18.12.2013 as Conductor Grade-II and he has been working as such in Kadiri Depot. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
