THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9471 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.103 of 2012 of Station House Officer, Hindupur (R) Police Station, Anantapur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 498-A and 509 read with 34 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime and hence, this criminal petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
