This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in Crime No.100 of 2010 on the file of the Yerpedu Police Station, Chittoor District. The offences alleged are under Sections 447, 427 & 188 r/ w 34 IPC.

The Public Prosecutor submits that the matter underwent trial and the accused i.e., the petitioners herein are acquitted in the case. Hence, the cause in this petition no longer survives for consideration and no further orders are required. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay, granted in CRLPMP.No.9056 of 2011 dated 20.09.2011, shall stand vacated.
