JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of order, dated 17.3.2016, in Writ Petition No.16824 of 2003 of a learned Single Judge of this Court.

At the hearing, Mr. Vanam Vishwanatham, learned counsel for the appellant, fairly submitted that this Court by order, dated 12.8.2014, dismissed certain Writ Appeals arising out of the common judgment impugned in this Writ Appeal and that the facts in the present case

are identical to the Writ Appeals which were dismissed by this Court.

In view of the same, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained in the said judgments shall form part of this order. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.1805 of 2016 filed by the appellant is dismissed as infructuous.
