Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that his services were terminated on 24.01.2017 by the 3rd respondent and though he preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 10.04.2017, 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said appeal till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd will decide the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
