This petition is filed by the petitioner-complainant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order dated 17.2.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.476 of 2015 in C.C.No.313 of 2009 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Manthani.

When this matter has been taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prayed for granting the relief of speedy disposal of the above C.C. In view of the same, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the above C.C. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
