HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21297 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that it has purchased agricultural lands in various survey numbers situated at Buduruwada Village of Parvathipuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District by way of registered documents. While so, the petitioner made several representations dated 05.05.2014, 16.08.2014, 10.01.2015, 15.04.2015 and finally on 22.12.2015 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions issued by the Tahsildar, Parvathipuram wherein it is stated that the subject lands were allotted to the petitioner by SC.

Corporation and that they should not be sold, given lease to others or mortgage. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
