HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2370 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order dated 06.02.2012, passed by this Court in WP.No.9378 of 2009. When the matter has come up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced a copy of the letter dated 31.03.2016 of the Sub-Registrar, wherein it is stated that as per the order dated 06.02.2012 passed by this Court in WP.No.9378 of 2009, sale deed of the petitioners was registered vide document No.1985/2016.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
