The Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan and The Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Amarnath Goud Writ Petition No.3267 of 2019 ORDER: (Per Sri Justice T.Amarnath Goud) This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner by way of Habeas Corpus seeking direction against the respondent - police for production of Chintikindi Sreekanth (the detenu), her brother, and his release. 2.

The learned Government Pleader has placed material before this Court showing that the detenu was an accused in Crime No.725 of 2018 of Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, and has been absconding and he was taken into custody on 18.02.2019 at 14:00 hours and after arrest, he has been remanded to judicial custody. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, seeks to invoke the alternative remedies available under law. 4.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
