This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.115 of 2017 on the file of Nandyal II Town Police Station, Kurnool District. The offences alleged are under Sections 307 r/ w 34 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with A2 attacked the de facto complainant and abused them in filthy language.

Hence, considering the nature of the allegations, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in spite of the submission made by the petitioner's counsel that the investigation is almost completed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
