THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7598 OF 2016 O R D E R :
Petitioner's grievance is that he had made an application on 23.02.2016 before the 3rd respondent for correction of entries in the Record of Rights and that the 3rd respondent had not passed any orders thereon.
2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner.
3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.23.02.2016 and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
