Learned counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that this writ petition is filed alleging unauthorized construction on the road margin.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, subsequent to the interim order of this Court, the unauthorized portion of construction was already removed. In view of the same, no further orders are required.
