THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.24910 OF 2003 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents contends that the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking regularisation of his services, and during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner was removed from service on 28.9.2007, and as on today, the petitioner is not working with the respondents and therefore, the question of considering the case of the petitioner for regularization would not arise.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the contention of the learned Standing Counsel. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
