This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on 08.01.2016 in C.C.No.29 of 2011 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional Judgecum-XVIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner is aged about 75 years.

Taking into consideration the age and health condition of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the petition, if any, filed by the petitioner under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. to recall the NonBailable Warrant on the same day in accordance with law. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
