The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is to direct the Tahsildar, Cherial Mandal, Siddipet District, to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue pattadar passbook and title deeds in her favour.

The averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and the material papers enclosed thereof would disclose that no application in Form VI-A through online web portal is submitted. Thus, it cannot be said that there was deliberate and wilful inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering the request of the petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. As and when such application is received by the Tahsildar, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
