THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRI T PETI TI ON No.15317 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner claims to be an Ex-serviceman. It is his grievance that he submitted representation dated 21.12.2016 to the District Collector, Sangareddy, the 2nd respondent herein, for allotment of land under Ex-servicemen quota and the same is not yet considered and no action has been taken by the authorities till date. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2016 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
