OFFICE NOTE 06.09.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by the petitioner/A5 seeking relaxation of the following bail conditions imposed by this Court.

(ii) In case, the petitioner/accused No.5 holds a passport, he is directed to surrender the same, if it is not seized by now.

(ix) The petitioner/accused No.5 shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court concerned.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has not moved the trial court seeking return of passport, which was already surrendered.

In the event of petitioner/A5 filing

an application seeking return of the passport and permission to travel outside India, the same shall be considered by the learend XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukkatpally, Cyberabad and pass appropriate order.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
