Ramavath Sakri v. The State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3631 of 2019 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners is that the revenue authorities are not issuing them the pattadar pass books and the title deeds in relation to the agricultural lands admeasuring Acs.3.20 guntas in Survey No.314/E, Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.310/A/1 and Ac.1.00 guntas in Survey No.310/3, totally admeasuring Acs.5.20 guntas, of Kandukuru Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioners claim to be the heirs of Ramavath Manya whose name was entered in the revenue records in connection with the aforestated lands and who was also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for brevity, 'the Act of 1971'), in relation to the subject lands.
Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners made an application in the prescribed format in Form VIA under the Act of 1971. The same was received by the office of the Tahsildar, Kandukuru Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on 11.02.2009, as is borne out by the stamp affixed thereon. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar to remain inactive upon the same.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandukuru Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' application
SK, J WP.No.3631 of 2019 Dt:22.02.2019 expeditiously and in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 22nd February, 2019 dr
