HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No.551 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. M.V. Raja Ram, learned counsel holding for Mr. B.A. Prakash Reddy, the Advocate on record for the appellant, does not press this writ appeal and seeks direction to the learned Single Judge for disposing of the writ petition itself, within time frame.

This writ appeal is directed against the interim order dated 11.6.2015 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 10484 of 2015 in Writ Petition No. 7939 of 2015.

We are not inclined to issue any direction, as prayed for. However, we dispose of this writ appeal with a request to the learned Single Judge to dispose of the writ petition, expeditiously. All contentions on merits are kept open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
