THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.1576 of 2025 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed in the order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the Special Sessions Judge for Trial and Disposal of Cases under POCSO Act, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar (for short 'trial Court'), in Crl.M.P.No.54 of 2025 in Crime No.1082 of 2024. By the impugned order, the trial Court granted bail granted bail to the petitioner/accused No.3 subject to his executing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. 2.

Heard Sri. Baglekar Akash Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not financially stable to execute a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties as per the impugned order dated 29.01.2025. Hence, he prayed the Court to relax the

SKS,J Crl.P.No.1576 of 2025 said condition by reducing the personal bond amount to Rs.5,000/-.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition of executing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for like sum each by reducing it to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for like sum each.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of and condition imposed in respect of executing personal bond with sureties of the order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the trial Court, in Crl.M.P.No.54 of 2025 in Crime No.1082 of 2024, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/accused No.3 shall execute a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
