This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring that the petitioner is entitled to all service benefits including promotion to higher category of Junior Manager with effect from the date on which his juniors including S. Ramachander Rao, were promoted to the said post with all consequential benefits such as seniority, pay and allowances. 2.
Heard Sri D. Linga Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.V.V. Satyanarayana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It has been contended by the petitioner that he is entitled for restoration of seniority and promotion and to that effect, he submitted a representation to the respondents on 20.6.2002, but so far the respondents have not passed any orders. 4.
This Court having considered the submissions made by the parties is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents in addition to the representation dated 20.6.2002, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents in addition to the representation dated 20.6.2002, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
