This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 30.12.2016 passed in E.A.No.121 of 2016 in E.P.No.64 of 2016 in O.S.No.1759 of 2008 on the file of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Visakhapatnam. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties present. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that S.A.No.879 of 2016, preferred by the petitioner herein, is pending on the file of this Court.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the E.P. was closed on 16.06.2017. In view of the closing of E.P., the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous. 4.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
