This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.1194 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, Warangal District.

2 . Petitioner/husband filed this application seeking transfer of O.P.No.1194 of 2013 filed by wife/respondent from Ranga Reddy Court to Jangaon Court.

3. Heard arguments.

4. Advocate for respondent submitted that O.P. is pending before Jangaon Court was already withdrawn and transferred to Family Court to be tried along with O.P. No.1194 of 2013 by this Court, as per orders, dated 17.03.2015 in Tr.C.M.P.No.538 of 2013, which is filed by wife/respondent. He submitted in view of the above orders, the cause in this petition has become infructuous.

5 . I have perused the orders of this Court dated 17.03.2015 in Tr.C.M.P.No.538 of 2013. In view of the orders of this Court in the above referred Tr.C.M.P., this petition has become infructuous. 6 . Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed.
