HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22127 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting permission to dig a well in the petitioner's land situated in Sy.Nos.135/1Ru, 135/2A and 132/3A at Devapudi Village of Mudinepally Mandal, Krishna District, pursuant to the application dated 31.05.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application in Form No.II as specified under Rule 13 of the A.P.Water Land and Trees Rules, 2004 has been filed on 31.05.2016 along with payment of necessary fee and no orders are passed so far.

In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 31.05.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
