HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.3397 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we are disposing of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the respondents on the issue raised before this Court. On receipt of the representation filed by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall decide the same within four (04) weeks and decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

2. In view of the above, we hereby set aside the order dated 04-08-2017 passed in O.A.No.2317 of 2017 to the extent of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) imposed on the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
