This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C to enlarge the petitioner A1on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.89 of 2017 of Madhapur Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(a) and 384 of IPC. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to permit the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miyapur. Acceding the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without touching the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the criminal petition permitting the petitioner to surrender before the Magistrate concerned in connection with the above crime and move for regular bail with notice to APP concerned. On such surrender and filing of application for bail, the Magistrate concerned is directed to decide the same in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
