At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter before Lok Adalat and that in view of the said settlement, he was instructed to withdraw the criminal petition and that, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the criminal petition. Learned counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 also endorses the said statement.

Recording the afore-said submissions, permission as sought for is accorded.
