When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Balapur Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, dated 03.02.2018, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) that police have registered Cr.No.31/2018, for the offences under Sections 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC, against the petitioner on 02.02.2018. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
