Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, the learned Standing Counsel for HMDA for respondent No.2, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.3 and 4, and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipality for respondent No.5. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in considering the representations made by the petitioner on 14.12.2020 and 22.01.2021 requesting the authorities not to regularise any unauthorised house site and not to grant any permission for construction, alienation and possession in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.9.16 guntas in Survey No.

276/2, and the land admeasuring Acs.2.08 guntas in Survey Nos.277/A/A, situated at Turkayamjal Revenue Village, Ragannaguda Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, now Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that due to various administrative exigencies, the representations, dated 14.12.2020 and 22.01.2021, submitted by the petitioner could not be considered and seeks some time for passing necessary orders on the said representations. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 14.12.2020 and 22.01.

It is needless to mention that the competent authority before passing any orders shall put the petitioner as well as any other interested party on notice and afford them an opportunity of hearing. A copy of the order that may be passed by the competent authority will be communicated to the parties. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
