The present writ petitions came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in promulgating orders dated 28-02-2011 passed in M.C.No.4 of 2011 against the petitioners herein, as illegal, unjust and against the principles of natural justice, and consequently to cancel the said order to the extent of the petitioners' possession admeasuring Ac.1.00 cents, Ac.2.36 cents, Ac.2.25 cents and Ac.1.18 cents respectively. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners represents that nothing survives in these writ petitions as the lands of the petitioners herein are excluded from the impugned order dated 28-022011. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue also states that the lands of the petitioners are excluded from the purview of the order dated 28-02-2011
as per the orders dated 25-05-2013 and that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in these writ petitions.
Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
