This writ petition is filed, seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in not taking any action in pursuance of the order of 2nd respondent passed in L.Dis.No.G/1979/95 dated 2.06.1995 to hand over land to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Sri Kondaparthi Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the un-official respondents submits that the writ petition is filed, challenging the order passed by the second respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, Palvancha, Aswapuram Mandal, Khammam District, dated 2.06.1995 and subsequently, there was another proceeding issued by the District Collector, Khammam, dated 13.09.1995 directing the first respondent, Mandal Revenue Officer, Aswapuram Mandal, Khammam District to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders in the said matter and till then, not to disturb the physical possession of the petitioner therein i.e., S.Laxmaiah. 3.

In the light of the above proceedings, the writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the aggrieved parties to agitate the same before appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
