THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.10234 of 2015 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in opening the rowdy sheet against the petitioner in the year 2013 and not closing the same by conducting periodical review as required under law.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the respondents to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner for closing the rowdy sheet by conducting periodical review. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Mahabubabad District, who in turn, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
