HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1617 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - defendant challenging the order dated 17.12.2015 in I.A. No.207 of 2015 in O.S. No.131 of 2010 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram, whereby the petition filed under Order - VIII Rule 1(A)3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to grant leave to file a document as evidence on his (petitioner) side, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, the original suit bearing No.131 of 2010 itself was disposed of decreeing the suit with costs by the trial Court on 01.05.2018 requiring no further adjudication in this revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
