HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed alleging that Police are not taking any action against unofficial respondents 7 to 10 and the same is illegal. The facts on record would disclose that petitioner filed complaint on 05.02.2019 alleging illegal occupation of his house by his daughter-in-law, who is 7th respondent herein, with active connivance and help of respondents 8 to 10.

Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the fact that complaint is made only recently, even assuming that petitioner made out the case of committing cognizable offence by his daughter-in-law and her associates, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedy as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
